MavieMe Affiliate Program Guidelines
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
These Affiliate Program Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern participation in the MavieMe Affiliate Program and supplement the Affiliate Agreement and platform terms applicable through Rewardful and/or other affiliate platforms used by MavieMe. By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to comply with these Guidelines at all times.
“MavieMe,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to MavieMe. “Affiliate,” “Partner,” or “you” refers to the participating affiliate partner.
1. General Standards
Affiliates must:
- operate in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner;
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and platform policies;
- accurately represent MavieMe products and services;
- comply with all disclosure obligations relating to affiliate marketing, sponsored content, endorsements, testimonials, and influencer advertising.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their content, traffic sources, promotional methods, and marketing practices comply with applicable laws in all jurisdictions where they operate.
2. Approved Promotional Activity
Affiliates may promote MavieMe through:
- original editorial content;
- reviews and comparisons;
- newsletters;
- social media content;
- podcasts;
- educational content;
- creator and influencer partnerships;
- approved paid media campaigns.
All promotional methods remain subject to these Guidelines.
3. Prohibited Promotional Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing practices;
- impersonating MavieMe or representing yourself as an official MavieMe channel;
- fake scarcity tactics or misleading urgency claims;
- spam email, spam messaging, or unauthorized SMS marketing;
- cookie stuffing;
- forced clicks or forced redirects;
- click injection;
- invisible iframes or hidden tracking methods;
- misleading “click to reveal” promotions;
- use of malware, spyware, adware, or intrusive software;
- incentivized traffic unless expressly approved in writing;
- misleading health, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or regulatory claims.
MavieMe reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a promotional method is acceptable.
4. Coupon Codes & Promotional Offers
Affiliates may only publish or distribute coupon codes, discounts, promotions, or special offers that have been:
- directly provided by MavieMe; or
- explicitly approved by MavieMe in writing.
The following are prohibited:
- publishing unauthorized, leaked, guessed, expired, scraped, or user-submitted coupon codes;
- promoting discounts that do not exist;
- republishing creator, influencer, ambassador, or private campaign codes without authorization;
- suggesting false exclusivity;
- using misleading “unlock,” “claim,” or “reveal” tactics where no legitimate offer exists.
MavieMe may invalidate unauthorized promotional codes and reverse associated commissions.
5. Search Engine & SEO Restrictions
Affiliates may not create, publish, optimize, or index content targeting MavieMe trademark terms combined with discount or coupon intent keywords.
Prohibited examples include:
- “MavieMe coupon”
- “MavieMe promo code”
- “MavieMe rabattcode”
- “MavieMe Gutschein”
- “MavieMe discount”
- “MavieMe deal”
- “MavieMe sale”
This restriction applies to:
- website pages;
- subdomains;
- AI-generated pages;
- programmatic SEO pages;
- meta titles;
- meta descriptions;
- schema markup;
- URL slugs;
- shopping-result feeds;
- AI-generated search summaries;
- autocomplete optimization;
- rich snippets.
Affiliates may not intentionally attempt to cause coupon-related or discount-related MavieMe content to appear within search engine results pages (“SERPs”).
6. Search Engine Indexing Restrictions
Without prior written approval from MavieMe, Affiliates may not permit pages containing MavieMe promotional offers, discount content, or coupon-related material to be indexed by search engines.
Upon request, Affiliates must promptly implement:
noindex
nofollow
- robots.txt restrictions
- canonicalization directives
- cache removal requests
- de-indexing requests
Failure to comply within 7 days may result in suspension or termination from the Program.
7. Paid Search Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
- bid on “MavieMe” trademarks or trademark variations;
- bid on trademark-plus-coupon keywords;
- use MavieMe trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, or landing-page URLs;
- directly link paid advertisements to MavieMe websites;
- impersonate MavieMe in advertisements or domains.
Restricted keyword categories include combinations of:
- MavieMe
- coupon
- rabatt
- deal
- discount
- promo
- code
- gutschein
- sale
These restrictions apply across all advertising platforms, including:
- Google Ads;
- Microsoft Ads;
- YouTube Ads;
- Shopping Ads;
- Performance Max;
- AI search advertising systems;
- native advertising networks.
8. Browser Extensions, Cashback & Attribution Interference
Affiliates may not:
- use browser extensions, plugins, or toolbars to inject affiliate tracking;
- overwrite existing attribution cookies;
- auto-apply coupon codes without authorization;
- trigger popups, overlays, redirects, or checkout interruptions;
- intercept users after they have independently navigated to MavieMe;
- engage in attribution hijacking or commission interception.
Any technology designed primarily to capture attribution immediately before purchase is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by MavieMe.
9. Content Quality Standards
Affiliates must create original, high-quality, value-adding content.
The following are prohibited:
- thin affiliate pages;
- mass AI-generated SEO content;
- automatically generated coupon pages;
- scraped or duplicated content;
- fake reviews;
- misleading comparison content;
- low-value programmatic landing pages.
MavieMe reserves the right to determine whether content provides sufficient editorial value.
10. Trademark, Branding & Domains
Affiliates may not:
- register domains containing “MavieMe” or confusingly similar variations;
- create misleading social handles or profiles;
- use MavieMe branding in a misleading manner;
- create websites or pages that appear to be official MavieMe properties.
All goodwill associated with MavieMe trademarks remains the exclusive property of MavieMe.
11. Health, Wellness & Regulatory Compliance
Affiliates may not make:
- medical claims;
- diagnostic claims;
- treatment claims;
- prevention claims;
- regulatory approvals or certifications;
- unsupported scientific claims;
- misleading health outcomes claims.
Affiliates may only use product descriptions, health statements, and scientific references expressly approved or published by MavieMe.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and health claims regulations.
12. Email & Messaging Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable email, privacy, and messaging laws, including but not limited to:
- GDPR;
- ePrivacy rules;
- platform-specific messaging policies.
Affiliates may not send unsolicited commercial communications or imply that communications originate from MavieMe.
13. Commission Integrity & Attribution
MavieMe reserves the right to:
- decline commissions associated with prohibited promotional activity;
- reverse suspicious or fraudulent transactions;
- deny commissions where the Affiliate did not materially contribute to the customer journey;
- reduce or reject commissions associated with coupon-only conversion paths or attribution interception.
Commission decisions made by MavieMe are final.
14. Sub-Affiliates & Syndication
Affiliates may not sublicense, redistribute, syndicate, or share MavieMe promotional assets, tracking links, or coupon codes with third parties without prior written approval.
Affiliates remain fully responsible for the conduct of subcontractors, agencies, media buyers, and downstream publishing partners.
15. Monitoring & Enforcement
MavieMe reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to:
- monitor Affiliate activity;
- request traffic-source information;
- require content edits or removals;
- require search-engine de-indexing;
- reverse commissions;
- suspend tracking;
- terminate Affiliate participation immediately for violations of these Guidelines.
Failure to cooperate with compliance reviews may result in immediate removal from the Program.
16. Changes To These Guidelines
MavieMe may modify these Guidelines at any time. Continued participation in the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
